Has Obama forgotten his oath of office?
APNogales, AZ Police Chief Jeff Kirkham recently announced that his department has been warned by a Mexican drug cartel that his officers will be targeted for murder if they carry out another off-duty drug bust.
In early June, two off-duty Nogales officers riding horseback came upon a smuggling operation, which resulted in the seizure of 400 pounds of marijuana.
Chief Kirkham told reporters: “The warning was … that the officers, if they are off duty, are to look the other way and ignore any drug trafficking loads that are coming across the border, otherwise they will be targeted.”
This was only the latest in a series of outrageous acts taken by the cartels against the U.S., demonstrating the boldness with which they feel will go unanswered by a weak U.S. government.
In April, someone tossed an explosive device onto the grounds of the U.S. consulate in Nuevo Laredo. The bomb broke windows and caused some minor damage, but no injuries were reported.
Nuevo Laredo is just across the river from Laredo, TX.
In March, U.S. consulate employees in Juarez were murdered in targeted attacks, after leaving a child’s birthday party.
On March 13, in two separate attacks, cartel gunmen murdered two Americans attached to the U.S. consulate in Juarez.
Lesley Enriquez Redelfs, a consulate employee, along with her husband, Arthur Redelfs, a detention officer with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department were gunned down on as they were leaving a child‘s birthday party. The couple was murdered after being chased-down by the hitmen. Their baby daughter who was in the backseat survived the assault.
Also shot to death in the coordinated attacks was the husband of consulate worker, Jorge Salcido Ceniceros, after the gunmen boxed-in his car. His wife, Hilda Antillon, was traveling in the car behind him was uninjured, though the couple’s two children were wounded in the attack.
The hit squads used AK-47s as well as 9mm handguns.
A member of the Mexican drug gang known as the Aztecas has been arrested for the murders.
President Obama failed to respond to either the bombing of our consulate, or to the coordinated murders of U.S. consulate employees. That inaction, combined with his unwillingness to defend the border has undoubtedly sent a message of weakness to the cartels, and will likely result in the deaths of more U.S. law enforcement officers.
Of course, Obama’s predecessor was equally weak on this issue. The threats began in earnest under the Bush administration, as assaults on Border Patrol agents began rising at unprecedented rates. By 2007, assaults (which include shootings) had tripled from 2001, with 987.
In 2007, the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin reported that they had obtained a confidential Department of Homeland Security memo. The function of the document was to issue an Officer Safety alert to U.S. Border Patrol agents that human smugglers were bringing MS-13 gang members into the country for the sole purpose of murdering the agents.
The alert reads: “Unidentified Mexican alien smugglers are angry about the increased security along the U.S./Mexican border and have agreed that the best way to deal with U.S. Border Patrol agents is to hire a group of contract killers.”
A Border Patrol agent speaking on the condition of anonymity said: “It’s not just people coming over here to pick lettuce. These gang members, criminals, are endangering American lives.” He went on: “Our vests won’t stop a rifle bullet, and many of us feel like sitting ducks.”
On August 25, 2008, federal and local law enforcement officials told the Associated Press that Mexican drug cartels are now sending hit men into the U.S.
Officer Chris Mears of the El Paso Police Department told reporters: “We received credible information that drug cartels in Mexico have given permission to hit targets on the U.S. side of the border. One of the first things we did was to notify all officers in our department of the situation.”
In July 2008, police in New Mexico and Texas received a cartel hit list, uncovered by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The list contained the name of at least one New Mexico police officer.
Luna County Sheriff’s Capt. Arturo Baeza told the press: “We have been concerned for quite some time that this thing will spill over here.”
Snipers, who at one time, operated only on the Mexican side of the border, now move about freely. They fire a few shots at agents, then move to cover–only to fire again from another location. The tactics are typical of military sniper training. More than likely, the snipers are creating a diversion so that the smugglers can cross in another location. They know that the U.S. agents cannot pursue them into Mexico, and their own government is seemingly powerless to stop their activities.
In 2005, Border Patrol spokesman Andy Adame said: “We believe the vast majority of these assaults are directly tied to alien and drug smugglers based in Mexico.”
Of course, Mexico´s drug cartels are now operating within the interior of the U.S.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the cartels have set up shop in 231 U.S. cities. Atlanta, for instance, has been transformed into a major hub from which Mexican methamphetamine is distributed throughout the east coast.
With a largely unprotected border, and a President and a Homeland Security chief who seem oblivious to the threat posed to American cities, it is very easy for cartel hit men to cross into the U.S.
If Obama does not begin to take seriously his oath of office, we must install a Congress which vows to impeach the man who seems more concerned with golf than with the safety of U.S. citizens.
Obama’s weakness only encourages the violent cartels, now in control of Mexico

On the day following the holiday weekend on which Americans celebrated their nation’s independence from a foreign country, Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department filed its lawsuit against the State of Arizona for daring to pass a law that protects innocent people from criminal aliens, terrorists and other malefactors who violate U.S. immigration laws and live in Arizona illegally.
However, in spite of White House rhetoric — and euphemisms – and news media spin, most border state Americans know the truth about illegal immigration: That the Mexican government practically exports its poorest citizens to the United States for a number of reasons.
First, it relieves Mexico’s government of the responsibility of providing social and healthcare services for them. Second, it provides that country’s economy with an influx of US cash when these illegal workers send money they earn in the US back home. And third, it defuses problems with far-left groups who are usually successful in using the poor to advance their political agenda.
But there is another benefit to the exportation of Mexicans into the US – President Calderon saves money on his criminal justice system by exporting his criminal population to the United States. Thus, Mexico’s crime problem becomes a U.S. crime problem; Mexico’s prison problem becomes the U.S. taxpayers’ prison problem.
“As it stands today, the United States has become Mexico’s penal colony. While their police and military officers supplement their incomes by providing protection for Mexican organized crime organizations, they actually aid illegal aliens with maps, water and other assistance,” said former NYPD detective and military intelligence officer Sid Franes.
“While President Calderon launched his vitriolic attack on Arizona, his own police routinely check the immigration status of people residing or visiting Mexico, as well,” he added.
It’s difficult to ascertain just how many criminals from Mexico are currently committing their criminal offenses. In fact, the mainstream news media when covering crime cases intentionally neglect to mention that an illegal alien is responsible for a murder or a rape that’s being covered.
You’ll rarely, if ever, read a story in the New York Times about criminal aliens who routinely kill, assault, rape and rob American citizens. And when hundreds of illegal aliens were discovered working at military installations and nuclear power plants, where were the reporters from the wire services?
It is safe to assume, however, based on a number of government reports, that there are upwards of 200,000 criminal aliens residing in the US. That doesn’t include gangbangers such as MS-13, a group boasting as many as 15,000 gang members nationwide.
For example, Border Patrol agents in the Tucson, AZ Sector have apprehended 27,834 illegal aliens with criminal records, 74 of which were for homicide. Last fiscal year, the Tucson Sector apprehended 14,506 illegal aliens with criminal records. These figures do not include the thousands of criminal aliens apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents or those in other Border Patrol sectors.
SAMPLE APPREHENSIONS
Border Patrol agents of the Tucson Sector apprehended an illegal alien with an outstanding murder warrant for his arrest in New York City. The suspect killed his victim, escaped back into Mexico and then re-entered the US at a later date.
Border Patrol agents from the Casa Grande station apprehended a group of 13 illegal aliens west of Sells, Arizona. All 13 subjects were transported to the Nogales Processing Center where their fingerprints were entered into the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS), for comparison with the FBI fingerprint database.
One of the individuals, Jose Luis Castaneda-Cardenas, a 23-year-old Mexican National, was identified as having an outstanding felony warrant for “Felony Murder” and “Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Weapon,” in New York City. The New York City Police Department verified the warrant, and confirmed extradition of Castaneda.
The southern border of the US is a region particularly vulnerable to cross-border criminal organizations and enterprises and the violence associated with them. In recent years, US citizens in the region have witnessed an unprecedented surge in brutality by drug and human smuggling and trafficking organizations along the Southwest border.
Some state and local governments have expressed concerns about the impact that criminal aliens have on already overcrowded prisons and jails and that the federal government reimburses them for only a portion of their costs of incarcerating criminal aliens. Congress requested that the General Accounting Office provide information concerning criminal aliens incarcerated at the federal, state, and local level. For the criminal aliens incarcerated, the state and local governments that received reimbursement only received about 25 percent of the costs
At the federal level, the number of criminal aliens incarcerated increased from about 42,000 at the end of calendar year 2001 to about 49,000 at the end of calendar year 2004 — a 15 percent increase. The percentage of all federal prisoners who are criminal aliens has remained the same over the last 3 years — about 27 percent. The majority of criminal aliens incarcerated at the end of calendar year 2004 were identified as citizens of Mexico.
It is estimated the federal cost of incarcerating criminal aliens – Bureau of Prison’s cost to incarcerate criminals and reimbursements to state and local governments – totaled approximately $5.8 billion for calendar years 2001 through 2004. BOP’s cost to incarcerate criminal aliens rose from about $950 million in 2001 to about $1.2 billion in 2004 – a 14 percent increase. Unfortunately, the BOP does not provide more up-to-date statistics regarding illegal aliens residing in correctional facilities.

On Tuesday, the Justice Department filed a lawsuit in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals against the state of Arizona, alleging that SB1070 violates federal immigration law. The feds are also seeking an injunction to prevent the law from taking effect, as scheduled on July 29.
While the Obama administration claims the lawsuit is necessary because immigration enforcement is solely the domain of the federal government, they have yet to object to the many so-called ‘sanctuary cities’ around the country.
Locally elected officials in these sanctuary cities enact their own policies to protect criminal aliens from deportation, by not allowing police departments to report the illegal immigration status of an arrestee to federal authorities. This policy often shields dangerous criminals and allows them to return to the streets, rather than to their own country of origin.
These local policies violate and interfere with federal law, and undoubtedly lead to more crime and encourage illegal immigration, by laying out the welcome mat to those who choose to sneak into this country.
However, the Justice Department has been strangely silent on the issue of ’sanctuary cities’ and the responsibility they have in this country’s growing illegal alien population.
One such city which seems to take great pride in flaunting U.S. immigration law, while aiding and abetting even the most violent of illegal aliens is San Francisco.
In San Francisco, on June 22, 2008, three members of the Bologna family were gunned down by Salvadoran national and gang member Edwin Ramos. Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16 were shot to death by Ramos as they sat in their car on a crowded street, in the city´s Excelsior District
Ramos who is a member of the notoriously violent drug gang known as MS-13, shot the Bologna family to death because Tony Bologna had temporarily blocked the car in which Ramos was traveling, as the two cars made their way through an intersection. The Bologna men were returning home from a family barbecue.
Though an illegal alien, as a juvenile, Ramos committed felony attempted robbery and assault, but was never deported.
Shortly after the shooting, the San Francisco Chronicle reported, Juvenile Probation Department officials did not report Ramos to federal immigration authorities for possible deportation because of San Francisco´s stated sanctuary policy.
What are we to make of a President who has no problem allowing American families to be gunned down in the streets of their own cities, but goes to court to protect illegal aliens?
Of course, the Obama administration will never take legal action against San Francisco, nor against any other city which gives sanctuary to illegal aliens. Nor does Obama care about the rule of law, the current White House occupant is suing Arizona solely for political reasons.
Of course, Obama is betting not only his own political future, on amnesty, but that of the Democratic Party as well. In this nation’s illegal alien population, he sees millions of new voters.

Obama’s Big Oil Spill Bungle

It’s one thing to say that Obama’s administration showed ineptitude and mismanagement in its handling of the Gulf oil spill. It is quite another to grasp the situation up close, as I did during a recent visit to Alabama.
According to state disaster relief officials, Alabama conceived a plan — early on — to erect huge booms offshore to shield the approximately 200 miles of the state’s coastline from oil. Rather than install the relatively light and shallow booms in use elsewhere, the state (with assistance from the Coast Guard) canvassed the world and located enough huge, heavy booms — some weighing tons and seven meters high — to guard their coast.
But … no sooner were the booms in place than the Coast Guard, perhaps under pressure from the public comments of James Carville, uprooted them and moved them to guard the Louisiana coastline instead.
So Alabama decided on a backup plan. It would buy snare booms to catch the oil as it began to wash up on the beaches.
But … the Fish and Wildlife Administration vetoed the plan, saying it would endanger sea turtles that nest on the beaches.
So Alabama — ever resourceful — decided to hire 400 workers to patrol the beaches in person, scooping up oil that had washed ashore.
But … OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Administration) refused to allow them to work more than 20 minutes out of every hour and required an hourlong break after 40 minutes of work, so the cleanup proceeded at a very slow pace.
The short answer is that every agency — each with its own particular bureaucratic agenda — was able to veto each aspect of any plan to fight the spill, with the unintended consequence that nothing stopped the oil from destroying hundreds of miles of wetlands, habitats, beaches, fisheries and recreational facilities.
Where was the president? Why did he not intervene in these and countless other bureaucratic controversies to force a focus on the oil, not on the turtles and other incidental concerns?
According to Alabama Gov. Bob Riley, the administration’s “lack of ability has become transparent” in its handling of the oil spill. He notes that one stellar exception has been Obama aide Valerie Jarrett, without whom, he says, nothing whatever would have gotten done.
Eventually, the state stopped listening to federal agencies and just has gone ahead and given funds directly to the local folks fighting the spill rather than paying attention to the directives of the Unified Command. Apparently, there is a world of difference between the competence of the Coast Guard and the superb and efficient regular Navy and military.
Now the greatest crisis of all looms on the horizon as hurricanes sweep into the Gulf. Should one hit offshore, it will destroy all the booms that have been placed to stop the oil from reaching shore. And there are no more booms anywhere in the world, according to Alabama disaster relief officials. “There is no more inventory of booms anywhere on earth,” one told me in despair.
The political impact of this incompetence has only just begun to be felt. While administration operatives are flying high after a week in which the president’s ratings rebounded to 49 percent, per Rasmussen, after his firing of Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the oil is still gushing and the situation is about to worsen.
The obvious fact is that Obama has no executive experience, nor do any of his top advisers. Without a clear mandate from the top, needed efforts to salvage the situation are repeatedly stymied by well-meaning bureaucrats strictly following the letter of their agency policy and federal law. The result, ironically, of their determined efforts to protect the environment has been the greatest environmental disaster in history. But some turtles are OK!

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials are preparing to roll out a series of changes at several privately owned immigration detention centers, including relaxing some security measures for low-risk detainees and offering art classes, bingo and continental breakfast on the weekends.
The changes, detailed in an internal ICE e-mail obtained by the Houston Chronicle, were welcomed by immigrant advocates who have been waiting for the Obama administration to deliver on a promise made in August to overhaul the nation’s immigration detention system.
The 28 changes identified in the e-mail range from the superficial to the substantive. In addition to “softening the look of the facility” with hanging plants and offering fresh carrot sticks, ICE will allow for the “free movement” of low-risk detainees, expand visiting hours and provide unmonitored phone lines.
ICE officials said the changes are part of broader efforts to make the immigration detention system less penal and more humane…
But the plans are prompting protests by ICE’s union leaders, who say they will jeopardize the safety of agents, guards and detainees and increase the bottom line for taxpayers. Tre Rebstock, president for Local 3332, the ICE union in Houston, likened the changes to creating “an all-inclusive resort” for immigration detainees.
“Our biggest concern is that someone is going to get hurt,” he said, taking particular issue with plans to relax restrictions on the movement of low-risk detainees and efforts to reduce and eliminate pat-down searches.
The changes outlined in the ICE e-mail are planned for nine detention centers owned and operated by Corrections Corporation of America, including the 900-bed Houston Contract Detention Facility on the city’s north side.
Some of the changes will be implemented within 30 days; others may take up to six months, said Beth Gibson, ICE’s senior counselor to Assistant Secretary John Morton and a leader of the detention reform effort.
Other major changes include:
• Eliminating lockdowns and lights-out for low-risk detainees.
• Allowing visitors to stay as long as they like in a 12-hour period.
• Providing a unit manger so detainees have someone to report problems to other than the guard.
• Allowing low-risk detainees to wear their own clothing or other non-penal attire.
• Providing e-mail access and Internet-based free phone service.
Not about punishment
Gibson said the improvements are part of ICE’s efforts to detain immigrants in the least restrictive manner possible while ensuring they leave the country if ordered to do so.
“When people come to our custody, we’re detaining them to effect their removal,” Gibson said. “It’s about deportation. It’s not about punishing people for a crime they committed.”
ICE officials have faced pressure from immigrant advocates and some members of Congress to improve the detention conditions for the roughly 400,000 immigrants it houses annually. The agency has relied on a hodgepodge of more than 250 government-run detention centers, private prisons and local jails to accommodate its growing population — with roughly one in four detainees held in Texas.
At the CCA facilities that have agreed to ICE’s changes, detainees will see more variety in their dining hall menus and have self-serve beverage and fresh vegetable bars.
CCA also plans to offer movie nights, bingo, arts and crafts, dance and cooking classes, tutoring and computer training, the e-mail states.
Detainees also will be allowed four hours or more of recreation “in a natural setting, allowing for robust aerobic exercise.”
CCA also committed to improving the look of the facilities, such as requiring plants, fresh paint and new bedding in lower-risk units.
Advocates pleased
Some of the improvements offered at the CCA facilities counted as hard-fought victories for immigrant advocates, including plans to improve visitor and attorney access.
“A lot of these measures are what we’ve been advocating for,” said Lory Rosenberg, policy and advocacy director for Refugee and Migrants’ Rights for Amnesty International.
“Many of these points are very important to changing the system from a penal system, which is inappropriate in an immigration context, to a civil detention system.”
Union members said they have concerns about the plans, primarily focusing on safety.
Rebstocksaid some detainees may be classified as low-risk because they have no serious criminal history but still may be gang members that “haven’t been caught doing anything wrong yet.”
He also said eliminating lockdowns will make it more difficult to protect detainees from one another.
He said reducing or eliminating pat-down searches could allow contraband into the facilities, including weapons.
Gibson, with ICE, said the agency is developing a sophisticated classification system and will make sure “that our detainees are still safe and sound.”
“As a general matter, it will be the non-criminals who don’t present a danger to anyone else who are benefitting from the lowest level of custody,” Gibson said.
‘On the taxpayers’ dime’
Rebstock also questioned the cost to taxpayers for the changes.
“My grandparents would have loved to have bingo night and a dance class at the retirement home they were in when they passed away, but that was something we would have had to pay for,” he said. “And yet these guys are getting it on the taxpayers’ dime.”
Gibson said CCA is making the improvements at no additional cost to ICE. The agency’s contract with CCA for the Houston detention center requires that ICE pay $99 per bed daily for each detainee, slightly lower than the $102 average daily rate ICE pays nationally .
Rosenberg said some of the changes, like new flower baskets, may seem small, but they will combine with the bigger changes to make a difference in the daily lives of detainees.
“Taken together they will go some way to making this system less penal,” she said.

Illegal Immigration is not a race issue; it’s a criminal issue.
Once again political correctness rears its ugly head, and it surely is ugly. The Arizona law that is causing such a furor, is intended to legally protect its taxpaying citizens and this nation’s southern border in a LEGAL way; by mirroring Federal immigration laws. Yet, from Obama’s big mouth, (Big Government) to a tiny boycott threat from the likes of Liberal LA (small petty government), it seems every arm of our government is working hard to demonize Arizona law as bigoted, racist, hateful, etc., etc. Why do we let our own government(s) get away with this behavior? Such a concerted attack against one of our own states is not typical of the US government that we grew up respecting. We used to be the mightiest nation in the world and didn’t bow down to anyone but God. Through strength and might, we led the free world and yet became known as the most compassionate nation in the world. We are always the first to rise to meet disasters worldwide with money, manpower, and assistance while other countries sit back and bemoan the fate of the unfortunate victims but offer no assistance.
Let me say I feel for the unfortunate people coming into our country illegally. Some, and I stress the word “some” truly are looking for a better life, jobs and a future in the United States. What bothers me is that they are willing to break OUR laws to get here and get angry when we want to send them back.
There are thousands of people willing to go through the legal process of immigration to become a real citizen of the U.S.A. — you know, a responsible, hardworking, taxpaying citizen! Believe me, our citizens of Hispanic descent are angry, too, with those who come across our borders illegally, because for every illegal alien streaming into and burdening every one of our communities, that means one LESS citizen gained through legal immigration. That is not fair to anyone. The illegals used to come here looking for jobs that Americans don’t want — now, we are desperate for jobs, any job, every job.
We have lost jobs to outsourcing: jobs going beyond our borders, overseas sweat shops and to countries everywhere but here. In North Carolina alone, entire industries have been lost, from textiles to furniture manufacturing. While illegal aliens line up for entitlements, free schools, free lunches, welfare, free health care, food stamps, housing — the list goes on and on — draining our resources, and not just in the border states. If you think we can continue to pay for this, you are terribly mistaken. We cannot sustain this folly.
Our country is broke, we are bleeding our workers, our taxpayers dry. We need to take care of our own citizens. We need politicians to stop trying to “get the Latino vote!” It’s the hardworking citizens’ vote they need to work for! That “Latino vote” is why the government has been dragging its feet on securing our southern border.
Look at our unemployment numbers today and as bad as they are, they do not reflect the true number of people who have given up, can no long receive unemployment benefits and are no longer even counted among the unemployed. The true unemployment numbers are staggering.
For some reason the Liberals can’t understand the real cost of this folly and want to continue to spend, spend, spend until the well is dry. What then? Who will take care of us then? Mexico,? The UN? I don’t think so. Let’s get rid of these incumbents and get new voices in the government who will listen to us. Let’s stop this craziness. Get out and vote! Vote OUT the incumbents!

A universal children’s health insurance program created by Illinois’ corrupt former governor is covering mostly illegal immigrants and costing taxpayers tens of millions of dollars amid a perplexing $13 billion state budget deficit.
About 75% of the children enrolled in the All Kids Health Care program (also known as KidCare) are illegal aliens and the annual cost of covering them is nearly $55 million, according to a state audit of the 5-year-old insurance program. The findings, issued recently by the Illinois State Auditor General, are detailed in a 14-page report that’s been largely ignored by the mainstream media.
It reveals that two-thirds of the 71,665 children enrolled in the program in 2009 are undocumented immigrants. Illinois taxpayers dished out an astounding $54.9 million to provide them with medical insurance that year alone and there’s no telling what future tabs will be as the enrollees grow.
When former Governor Rod Blagojevich, whose federal corruption trial is set to begin this week, proudly signed legislation to create the insurance program, he assured it would help families who can’t afford health insurance but “are doing everything they’re supposed to do—working hard, paying their taxes.” The program is supposed to be partially funded by low monthly premiums charged to families.
The reality is that the severely mismanaged insurance program keeps paying medical claims when families don’t pay their premiums and many claims are paid after recipients are too old to participate. Additionally, All Kids is only serving about a third of its intended beneficiaries at double the cost estimated by legislators who created it with great fanfare.
Illinois has long offered illegal aliens sanctuary and in fact passed legislation a few years ago restricting employers from verifying whether employees are authorized to work in the United States. Various cities, including Chicago and Addison, forbid law enforcement officers from inquiring about the immigration status of suspected illegal aliens. As a result the state spends more than $3 billion annually on healthcare, education and incarceration for illegal immigrants.

A white man aboard a subway car is taunted, harassed and attacked by a gang of black high-schoolers. Three white Michigan teens find themselves in the “wrong” neighborhood and are beaten and shot by six black youths. Then there was the case of a white couple that was gang raped, mutilated and murdered by five black adults.
As for the murder of the couple, Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian, the assailants will go on trial next year. Yet, no hate crime charge is in the offing. Said John Gill, special counsel to the district attorney in the case, “There is absolutely no proof of a hate crime.”
Certainly not. Dead men tell no tales.
In the case of the Michigan teens, Dustin Kaiser, Michael Carter and an unnamed 14-year-old girl, two victims survived to bear witness. Their assailants were convicted but, once again, no hate crime charges.
Regardless of the particulars of a given case, a phenomenon is becoming apparent in America: White on black is standing out far more than black on white.
Then, the young girl in the Michigan case was forced to perform sexual acts, and all three victims were shot in the head. And Newsom and Christian were sexually mutilated in unspeakable ways. Yet, the scarcity of national news coverage is striking.
The reason is obvious. Such cases don’t conform to the Shill Media’s favored fiction, their narrative about prejudiced whites and persecuted blacks.
Speaking of fiction, America is not a “racist” nation, not compared to other lands anyway. But there are racial problems, most of which go unmentioned. Why?
Because most originate in the black community.
We’re not supposed to say it, but, contrary to leftist dogma, blacks in America are far more bigoted than whites. The truth is that black bigotry is whitewashed.
I know, I’ll be called a “racist” just for saying this – that’s part of the blame game – but it’s not hard to understand. Blacks and whites have very different upbringings. Weaned on political correctness, most modern white children are told that the worst thing one can be is a racist. They’re bombarded with messages about how their race owned slaves and is privileged, about how bigotry characterizes it. They’re told that if you have racial feelings, you’re a bad person.
While political correctness should be squelched, most would agree that teaching kids to view every individual as a child of God deserving of dignity is a wonderful thing. But understand something: Within the context of man’s history and outside our bubble-wrapped world, it’s also a very unusual thing.
Hatred easily finds a place in the heart, and blaming “them” for our woes and travails is natural for man. Why do Palestinians often call Jews “apes and pigs”? Why do Hutus in Rwanda call the rival Tutsis “cockroaches”? Why have there been ethnic conflicts in all corners of the Earth since time immemorial? While I’m sure sociologists could wax somnolent rendering theses on the matter, the simple truth is that in most of the world what reigns is not political correctness, but group correctness.
This brings us to the black community. Race is not only a big issue within it, it’s a much different one. Most black children are raised not to revile their race, but revere it. Often, hatred toward whites isn’t lamented, but lauded as the attitude of a racial patriot toward “oppressors.” And just as anonymous Jews incur the stone-throwing wrath of anonymous Palestinians, a white man or woman on a bus or subway is not an innocent, but an enemy. Viewed through this prism, the persecution of such hapless souls is merely the exacting of vengeance.
Relevant here is comedian Chris Rock’s skit about how all black people hate whites, and the idea that behind every joke lies some truth. While the operative word is “some,” it amounts to many. Could it be otherwise? If for decades you do the racial politics dance – the Jackson-Jena Jig – where every real or perceived problem in the black community is attributed to “the Man,” black youths are going to be embittered.
This bitterness is reflected in and exacerbated by the bile disgorged by rap thugs. The song “Kill d’White People” by Apache includes the line: “Kill the white people; we gonna make them hurt. …”
And the Menace Clan says in “Kill Whitey,” “Niggas in the church say: kill whitey all night long. …”
Despite this, we still labor under the illusion that white skin equates to a white sheet, and hate crime laws have become get-whitey laws. And the powers-that-be will continue to exercise double standards until they acknowledge the deep seeds of hatred sown by demagogues in black America.
I won’t hold my breath waiting, though. You see, you’re not supposed to say these things, and you’re a racist if you do. So, yes, I’m guilty. Just like O.J. Simpson is innocent.

For decades, there has been a news blackout of Black on White crime, especially Black on White murders. Those who hide the truth from White America are doing so for reasons of their own. Let’s review some of the most egregious cases and then analyze this continuing situation.
Through 1973 and 1974, Black Muslims committed 16 random Black on White murders known as the Zebra Murders. In one instance, a man’s penis was cut off while he was still alive. At the time, two teams of San Francisco Examiner reporters could find not a single Black person who expressed sympathy for the randomly chosen White victims.
On Oct. 31, 1977, three young White women attended a Halloween block party in Long Beach, California. As they walked through the crowd, Black men began harassing them with racial taunts and obscene gestures. Among the reported chants were: “We hate White people; fuck Whites.” The two Whites tried to ignore the Blacks, but Black women soon began egging on the males, and the taunting soon escalated into violence. The three Whites tried to run, but Blacks of both sexes surrounded them and inflicted a horrible beating.
When all was said and done, although witnesses said that about forty Blacks participated, police had arrested only nine Black girls and a Black boy, ages twelve to seventeen. One of the White female victims dreamed of being a professional photographer, but a skateboard used as a club damaged her eyes permanently to the point that she can never pursue that dream. The other two girls received concussions, bruised lungs, and broken bones. All had their earrings ripped out. As strange as it may sound, the attorney for the assailants argued that this crime was not racially motivated. Go figure. Authorities disagreed but ended up giving the assailants light sentences anyway, arguing that the Blacks had good school records and should not have to suffer inappropriately for going wrong this one time.
In May 1992, Blacks rioted in Los Angeles over the Rodney King verdict. White truck driver Reginald Denny, who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, was one of the victims. Two Blacks pulled him from his truck, beat him unconscious and smashed his head with a fire extinguisher. Another Black danced up to Denny, smashed him in the head with a brick and strutted a jig over his broken, helpless body. In that riot, 58 people died and 5,300 buildings were reduced to ashes. Denny survived with brain damage. After recovering enough to speak, Denny took the Politically Correct view that his attackers were not racially motivated. They were just upset about continued injustice to Blacks. The media reported Denny’s brain-addled response with glee.
All Black on White crime is not native to America. On August 25, 1993, Amy Biehl, a 26-year-old White student from Stanford University, traveled to South Africa to help free Blacks from White rule. While there, she gave three of her Black friends a ride to their home in a Cape Town slum. That would be the last thing she ever did. For no apparent reason, young Blacks pulled her out of her car and hit her in the face with a brick. Seems that bricks are a popular weapon-of-choice for rampaging Blacks. Amy ran from her attackers but didn’t get far. They caught her and beat her to death as she begged for mercy. The last sounds she heard were the anti-White slogans shouted by her attackers. If this crime had occurred in the United States, how would the media cover it up or explain it away as just another Black response to White oppression? Don’t worry; they would find a way!
Recall the infamous “wilding” incident in New York’s Central Park, in which a gang of young Blacks beat a White female jogger almost to death simply because they were bored. Recall also the joyous Black response to the O.J. Simpson murder trial verdict, which freed a Black on White murderer. Many Blacks said that it was fine that a Black celebrity got away with murdering his estranged White wife because in the Jim Crow days Whites often got away with murdering Blacks.
On March 22, 2003, White 17-year-old Dana Marie Pliakas attended a party in the Pittsburgh-area apartment of Black Rodney Burton. At some point Dana got into an argument with Burton’s 19-year-old Black girlfriend, Brittany Williams. The Black girl punched the White girl and tore her clothes off.
Eyewitnesses reported that Williams and Burton then beat and tortured Pliakas for several hours as the girl begged for her life. Later, Burton and Williams let Pliakas get dressed, escorted her out of the apartment, and returned shortly afterward alone. Pliakas was later found dead, shot in the head. Police Superintendent Kenneth Fulton said that Miss Pliakas “probably spent eight or nine hours under the hand of these two individuals, to be tortured, stripped, beaten, and shot in the back of the head and that was a pretty bad thing for a junior in high school.” What a gross understatement!
On Saturday, January 6, 2007, White Channon Christian, 21, and White Christopher Newsom, 23, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went out on a date. Outside the home of friends, they were carjacked and kidnapped. For the next twenty-four hours, their three Black male captors and the female sister of one of the assailants beat and tortured the two young White victims. In addition, they gang-raped Mr. Newsom, and gang-raped Miss Christian. The Blacks then cut off the White man’s penis while he was still alive, forcing his girlfriend to watch. They also urinated on the young woman, made her drink cleaning fluid, and either strangled or suffocated her to death.
The Blacks then killed Mr. Newsom with multiple gunshot wounds and transported his bullet-ridden corpse to a dumping ground. When police found Miss Christian’s corpse stuffed into a garbage can, they were shocked to learn that her attackers had at some point cut off her breasts. Interestingly, the details of the crimes were considered so horrific that authorities would not release accounts to the news media for fear of putting Blacks in a bad light and upsetting race relations. The facts emerged only when some enterprising reporters checked documents filed in federal court. News blackouts are not uncommon with Black on White crime.
On June 5, 2007, Illinois Senator Barack Obama told an audience of over 8,000 at historically Black Hampton University that Blacks experience “silent riots” within themselves. The Rodney King verdict ended in the terrible Los Angeles riots, Obama said, and Bush’s handling of Hurricane Katrina could also have easily ended in White deaths fueled by Black anger. The Mulatto Messiah is now our president. In retrospect, whether you like George W. Bush or not, he did all he could constitutionally do to aid New Orleans before, during, and after the hurricane.
Other coastlines were hit hard from Louisiana to Florida, but the liberal governor and liberal Black mayor of New Orleans did not follow legal emergency procedures. Other coastlines got help before, during, and after the hurricane. Louisiana officials were to blame for whatever was done regarding Hurricane Katrina. Racism had nothing to do with it! After all, Bush did more financially and politically for the continent of Africa than any other person on earth during his eight years as president. That was probably money not wisely spent, but Blacks would readily have ignored his good intentions to kill White people and snag a new television set in the process. Instead they opted for Obama’s “silent riot.”
The most recent Black on White abomination is the brutal murder of lovely blond newscaster Anne Presley, who was sexually assaulted and murdered in October of 2008. Apologists for Blacks immediately came forward and ridiculously claimed that Presley was actually a man who had a sex change, etc. Apparently the Black guy discovered she was really a male and murdered her. For Zeus’s sake, give us all a break! Another commentator hypothesized that Presley had a death wish to be killed by a Black man and somehow was responsible for her own death. According to the news media, Blacks are never to blame for killing Whites, but in the extremely rare instances that a White kills a Black, that is yet further evidence that we live in a “White racist society.”
The first thing these crimes have to tell us is that Black people usually don’t care if Whites are the victims of Blacks. Blacks see Black on White crime as something of a Karmic retribution. In other words, Blacks think Whites are just getting what they deserve after oppressing Blacks for all those years. Innocent Blacks were enslaved, beaten, castrated, and hanged — so White’s are just getting back what their ancestors gave. The law of Karma does not work that way, however. According to Karma, the crimes of individuals come back on those individuals, either in this life or the next.
Blacks today want only revenge against people who had nothing to do with slavery. They blame the successful Whites for their own bad attitudes and mistakes, such as dropping out of school too early or adopting a life of crime. Today, most Whites wish slavery had never occurred, and most Whites regret the pain endured by slaves during their servitude in the United States. Nevertheless, should these crimes of 200 years ago give Black people the right to horribly murder innocent White people today? No person conversant with ethics would argue that it does.
Second, Blacks still hate Whites, but Whites have been schooled to accept and tolerate Blacks. Just look at the brutality with which Blacks attack Whites. Black carjackers do not kidnap and urinate on Black victims, but they feel justified in visiting the most brutal tortures on innocent Whites. They go out of their way to humble Whites as though they were humbling Western Culture and humbling those who took ignorant Blacks as slaves in Africa.
Violent Blacks have not grown beyond the hatred their ancestors felt over 200 years ago. And they get positive press from the Jewish-controlled news and entertainment media.
Third, Blacks and their attorneys always try to place White victims and White America on trial, and America, to some extent, feels guilty enough to agree. Well, White America is not guilty and never was.
Fourth and finally, Blacks expect Whites to cower to them in the media, in society, and in the courts as some sort of reparation for past injustice. Blacks expect to be treated as victims, even though they have committed the most terrible physical and mental atrocities on Whites. And the media-conditioned Whites are willing to give non-White criminals every benefit of the doubt.

Whereas Obama is trying to crush Arizona by suing it into the ground to prevent it from defending itself from illegal immigration, and it is preventing any clean up efforts in Louisiana after 71 days, it has just been learned from one of our contacts in Texas that Obama by way of the EPA has just shut down today 33% of the country’s refining capacity.
While Obama was unsuccessful at putting a moratorium on oil drilling, he was able to accomplish the same thing by putting a stranglehold on oil refining which accomplishes the same thing. With 1/3rd of the country’s oil refining gone what do you think this will do to the economy? This was the inherent threat that Obama had presented for months. Either give him Cap and Trade or we will shut everything down through the EPA.

Obama is going after Arizona and trying to cut off all border security aide while suing the state even though the state of Missouri hashad the identical Arizona immigration law for the last five years.
He is making no attempt to stop the oil leak in Louisiana. This is now affecting the economies of Louisiana, Texas, Georgia and Florida.
He is going after Texas and with this double whammy of shutting down the refineries and the oil spill the state that was doing the best in the country is now being taken down.
So far Obama has completely trashed five states and is in the process of destroying their economies. What chance do you think there is of a recovery

Why has President Obama waited over two months into the BP oil spill crisis before accepting offers of international assistance that were there from the very start, seemingly waiting for hurricanes to hit the region which will only make the crisis worse?
Obama’s acceptance of international help is too little, too late – over two months late to be exact.
We now learn that he is starting the process of allowing international help, a process that will take weeks or months and will likely be strangled and restricted by the EPA anyway.
Foreign ships have been prevented from helping in the clean up process. Every effort has been made to stop outside involvement in the situation and almost everything we learn about the crisis comes directly from BP or the federal government. This strictly enforced cover-up shows that authorities are more concerned about protecting their information lock down than actually cleaning up the spill.
Obama initially blocked international help, citing the Jones Act, which forbids foreign ships from operating between U.S. ports, and thereby preventing the use of sophisticated technology which foreign firms insist could have sealed the leak.
The Jones Act can be waived in in cases of national emergencies or in cases of strategic interest. Belgian company DEME contends that it has the specialist vessels to fix the oil leak within two to four months, technology the U.S. does not have. By taking bids on a contract to fix the oil leak from international companies, Obama could have the problem solved within a matter of weeks, but he immediately refused the help of “thirteen entities that had offered the U.S. oil spill assistance within about two weeks of the Horizon rig explosion.” This is another clear example of the government’s motivation to allow the crisis to drag on indefinitely until they can use it to ram through their carbon tax agenda.
Obama’s two month delay in refusing international help ensured that the window of opportunity was missed to fix the leak before the start of the hurricane season, which will make the crisis immeasurably worse.
“Hurricane Alex, which strengthened overnight from a tropical storm, is heading for the coastline near the Texas-Mexico border and is starting to churn oil from the massive BP spill on to beaches along the Gulf of Mexico,” reports MarketWatch.
Why did Obama reject all the help he could get unless the federal government wants the crisis to get worse so it can exploit the hysteria surrounding the issue to push its ultimate goal of imposing a consumption tax on the American people?
How will imposing a carbon tax fix the oil spill? It won’t, but by exploiting the crisis in the name of ‘reducing our dependence on oil’, the government will seek to raise prices, much to the glee of companies like BP who are founding members of the cap and trade lobby. Reducing your dependence on oil means reducing your ability to fill your tank because it will be so much more expensive once the carbon tax is in place.
Indeed, BP has been a faithful supporter of John Kerry’s climate legislation because the company has “explicitly backed” a “higher gas tax”. If Obama is able to exploit the oil spill to ram through his cap and trade program, BP stands to profit to the tune of billions. Allowing the crisis to worsen in pursuit of this goal is mutually beneficial to both the Obama administration and British Petroleum.
Obama has now indicated that he will push for cap and trade to be added to a weaker energy bill after the mid-term elections in November. Every week that the oil spill crisis drags on, Obama’s political capital for the purpose of pushing a carbon tax increases.
The government has every interest in seeing the crisis worsen, not merely to justify cap and trade but also to mothball plans for new exploratory oil drilling in the Arctic, something to which the administration had never wanted to fully commit. As a result of the oil spill, which every action of the federal government has made worse, that drilling has now been postponed.
As we have documented, every action on behalf of the feds has been about delaying and hampering the response to the oil spill. This, allied to the abundant evidence of deliberate negligence and even sabotage of the oil well, makes it clear to any rational observer that it’s in the best interests of both BP and the federal government to let the crisis roll on indefinitely.

Did Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from England? No.
Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America? No, they did not. In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery. Your own half brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as “pug nosed slaves.” Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family’s “rich Islamic heritage,” doesn’t it Mr. Obama?
Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country? Not present.
There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.
Where were Muslims during this country’s Woman’s Suffrage era? Again, not present. In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture. So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the ‘hajib’ or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband. Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights, aren’t they?
Where were Muslims during World War II? They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazi’s in killing Jews.
Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren’t flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East… No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day. Strangely, the very “moderate” Muslims who you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day.
And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the “rich heritage” Muslims have here in America.
Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates. They were Muslim.
And now we can add November 5, 2009 – the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.
That, Mr. Obama is the “Muslim heritage” in America.
