The mainstream media would have us believe that the violence and lawlessness have nothing whatsoever to do with race or ethnicity, but are a result of… Well, maybe poverty. Or the economic crisis. Or the lack of opportunity for members of the underclass.

Or, better yet: the real culprit is white racism.

For the past few decades there has been a slow but consistent shift of how we are expected to view culpability. Most likely because of the memes invented and implanted by the Frankfurt School, but if that is too conspiratorial for us, then just a slow natural shift perhaps due to the raw affluence of our capitalist successes and consequent wealth, leading to extravagances of thought, the idea that we are so much better than everyone else, we must actually be more responsible than everyone else.

The shift of course is one of moving away from anti-racism to genuine racism and calling it anti-racism. This happens in lots of ways but the most repugnant is:

The deliberate suppression of any information about racism towards white people, including the sanitization of history in order to make it appear as if only white Europeans are capable of agency and that all other people are acting ‘naturally’ in some manner.

This would be the racism of lower expectations. That non-white people somehow cannot help being what they are, so we must celebrate their cultures at the expense of our own, while simultaneously making our own cultures repugnant to us as well as, in many cases, actually illegal. (Smoking in bars very illegal, hookah in kebab joints, a proud symbol of multiculturalism) We look at our own culture as being a function of choice so we can make our own religions illegal, our habits and vices, (unless they are seen to annoy conservatives) while violating all our own conceptions of natural human rights to accommodate the most primitive cultures we can find and then pay them to live among us, while they break our laws and customs with malice and contempt for all we have created.

The owner of a wholesale bakery in San Diego has been charged with hiring illegal workers. Immigration authorities say half of the employees were not authorized to work in the U.S.

The bakery’s president, Jesse Fadick, and three employees are charged with harboring illegal aliens. Immigration authorities said they arrested a total of 44 employees.

The federal court complaint says S&S bakery made deliveries to San Diego’s federal courthouse, military bases and prisons.

Court papers say a former employee tipped off federal authorities to the bakery’s illegal hiring practices.

The informant told authorities his boss directed him to get fake work papers. The informant is a legal resident and allowed to work in the U.S., but his boss didn’t know that.

This is the second bakery immigration officials have targeted in San Diego recently. The owners of the French Gourmet have been accused of knowingly employing undocumented workers and face millions of dollars in fines.

At what point will Americans finally stop losing more liberty and freedom? With each passing year, the iron grip of the government gets even tighter, and each time it does we are told that it is either for “our safety” or for “national security”. One can only imagine what is going to happen the next time there is any kind of “terror incident” on an airplane. They are going to point to all those Americans who are complaining about “enhanced pat downs” and TSA groping as the reason why security is not tough enough. So where does all this end? Will we eventually all have to go through a body cavity search just to get on an airplane? Will they start groping us at school, at work and at sporting events? Are we going to have to “lock down” America from coast to coast to ensure that no terrorist ever is able to harm any American?

The way that we are going, we soon won’t have to worry about “terrorists” taking away our freedoms because they will already be gone. Is any amount of “safety” worth living like this? If America turns into one big prison camp where we are all prodded, poked, groped, watched, tracked and treated like sub-human slaves will it even be worth living in anymore?

The following are 22 quotes about enhanced pat downs and TSA groping. They are presented without commentary because they speak for themselves. Please share these quotes as widely as possible. If Americans do not wake up now, when will they ever wake up?….

#1 Blogger Erin Chase:

I stood there, an American citizen, a mom traveling with a baby with special needs formula, sexually assaulted by a government official. I began shaking and felt completely violated, abused and assaulted by the TSA agent. I shook for several hours, and woke up the next day shaking.

#2 ABC News producer Carolyn Durand:

“The woman who checked me reached her hands inside my underwear and felt her way around.”

#3 Wendy James Gigliotti:

“She said ’spread your legs.’ And then she took her full palms and started at my neck and ran all the way down my body, full palms, constant contact. And when she got down to my feet, she was in constant contact from my ankles all the way up to my groin, across my groin, and down the other leg. And she did that twice.”

#4 Female air traveler Ella Swift:

“The female officer ran her hand up the inside of my leg to my groin and she did it so hard and so rough she lifted me off my heels.”

#5 Flight attendant Cathy Bossi:

“She put her full hand on my breast and said, ‘What is this?’. And I said, ‘It’s my prosthesis because I’ve had breast cancer.’ And she said, ‘Well, you’ll need to show me that’.”

#6 Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano:

“I think we all understand the concerns Americans have. It’s something new. Most Americans are not used to a real law enforcement pat-down like that.”

#7 A 61-year-old bladder cancer survivor:

“One agent watched as the other used his flat hand to go slowly down my chest. I tried to warn him that he would hit the bag and break the seal on my bag, but he ignored me. Sure enough, the seal was broken and urine started dribbling down my shirt and my leg and into my pants.”

#8 An anonymous TSA worker:

“Molester, pervert, disgusting, an embarrassment, creep. These are all words I have heard today at work describing me. …These comments are painful and demoralizing.”

#9 Robert Colella:

If some total stranger walked up to you in the street and said “I am either going to see you naked or touch your genitals”, What would be the likelihood of that person walking away from that encounter?

#10 CNN employee Rosemary Fitzpatrick:

“As an experienced traveler for work who was in tears for most of the search process, I have never experienced a more traumatic and invasive travel event!”

#11 Meagan Quinn:

I will not board an airplane in America until the TSA body scanners are gone. No one is seeing my naked body unless I let them. I will also not settle for being GROPED in public as an alternative.

#12 A lawsuit filed on behalf of a female college student from Amarillo Texas:

“As the TSA agent was frisking plaintiff, the agent pulled the plaintiff’s blouse completely down, exposing plaintiffs’ breasts to everyone in the area.”

#13 Bruce Sargent:

The sexual humiliation of detainees at Abu Ghraib is not so very different then the sexual humiliation being heaped on American air travelers at airports. Why is TSA torturing us to protect us?

#14 A 37-year-old Texas woman who had her nipple ring removed with a pair of pliers before she was allowed to pass through security:

“My experience with TSA was a nightmare I had to endure. No one deserves to be treated this way.”

#15 A soldier returning from Afghanistan:

“So we’re in line, going through one at a time. One of our soldiers had his Gerber multi-tool. TSA confiscated it. Kind of ridiculous, but it gets better. A few minutes later, a guy empties his pockets and has a pair of nail clippers. Nail clippers. TSA informs the soldier that they’re going to confiscate his nail clippers.”

#16 A flight attendant named Megan:

The agent went up my right leg first and then met my vagina with full force….the same on the other leg with the same result. She then used both of her hands to feel my breasts and squeezing them. At this point I was in shock.

#17 Jay Glover:

I spend on average $30K per year on business travel. The airlines get the bulk of this but hotels, car rentals, meals and miscellaneous expenses add up as well. Where I can cut travel, I will. When those associated with airport travel feel the financial pinch just watch how fast this all will change.

#18 Paul Craig Roberts:

It is difficult to imagine New Yorkers being porno-screened and sexually groped on crowded subway platforms or showing up an hour or two in advance for clearance for a 15 minute subway ride, but once bureaucrats get the bit in their teeth they take absurdity to its logical conclusion.

#19 Secretary of State Hillary Clinton when asked if she would like to go through the new pat-downs:

“Not if I could avoid it. No. I mean, who would?”

#20 TSA Administrator John Pistole during a Congressional hearing:

“If you are asking me, am I going to change my policies? No.”

#21 U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller to TSA chief John Pistole:

“I Think You’re Doing A Terrific Job.”

#22 Congressman Ron Paul:

I introduced legislation last week that is based on a very simple principle: federal agents should be subject to the same laws as ordinary citizens. If you would face criminal prosecution or a lawsuit for groping someone, exposing them to unwelcome radiation, causing them emotional distress, or violating indecency laws, then TSA agents should similarly face sanctions for their actions.

Inter-American Commission on Human Rights
Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression

Joint Statement On Wikileaks

December 21, 2010 – In light of ongoing developments related to the release of diplomatic cables by the organization Wikileaks, and the publication of information contained in those cables by mainstream news organizations, the United Nations (UN) Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Opinion and Expression and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression see fit to recall a number of international legal principles. The rapporteurs call upon States and other relevant actors to keep these principles in mind when responding to the aforementioned developments.

1. The right to access information held by public authorities is a fundamental human right subject to a strict regime of exceptions. The right to access to information protects the right of every person to access public information and to know what governments are doing on their behalf. It is a right that has received particular attention from the international community, given its importance to the consolidation, functioning and preservation of democratic regimes. Without the protection of this right, it is impossible for citizens to know the truth, demand accountability and fully exercise their right to political participation. National authorities should take active steps to ensure the principle of maximum transparency, address the culture of secrecy that still prevails in many countries and increase the amount of information subject to routine disclosure.

2. At the same time, the right of access to information should be subject to a narrowly tailored system of exceptions to protect overriding public and private interests such as national security and the rights and security of other persons. Secrecy laws should define national security precisely and indicate clearly the criteria which should be used in determining whether or not information can be declared secret. Exceptions to access to information on national security or other grounds should apply only where there is a risk of substantial harm to the protected interest and where that harm is greater than the overall public interest in having access to the information. In accordance with international standards, information regarding human rights violations should not be considered secret or classified.

3. Public authorities and their staff bear sole responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of legitimately classified information under their control. Other individuals, including journalists, media workers and civil society representatives, who receive and disseminate classified information because they believe it is in the public interest, should not be subject to liability unless they committed fraud or another crime to obtain the information. In addition, government “whistleblowers” releasing information on violations of the law, on wrongdoing by public bodies, on a serious threat to health, safety or the environment, or on a breach of human rights or humanitarian law should be protected against legal, administrative or employment-related sanctions if they act in good faith. Any attempt to impose subsequent liability on those who disseminate classified information should be grounded in previously established laws enforced by impartial and independent legal systems with full respect for due process guarantees, including the right to appeal.

4. Direct or indirect government interference in or pressure exerted upon any expression or information transmitted through any means of oral, written, artistic, visual or electronic communication must be prohibited by law when it is aimed at influencing content. Such illegitimate interference includes politically motivated legal cases brought against journalists and independent media, and blocking of websites and web domains on political grounds. Calls by public officials for illegitimate retributive action are not acceptable.

5. Filtering systems which are not end-user controlled – whether imposed by a government or commercial service provider – are a form of prior censorship and cannot be justified. Corporations that provide Internet services should make an effort to ensure that they respect the rights of their clients to use the Internet without arbitrary interference.

6. Self-regulatory mechanisms for journalists have played an important role in fostering greater awareness about how to report on and address difficult and controversial subjects. Special journalistic responsibility is called for when reporting information from confidential sources that may affect valuable interests such as fundamental rights or the security of other persons. Ethical codes for journalists should therefore provide for an evaluation of the public interest in obtaining such information. Such codes can also provide useful guidance for new forms of communication and for new media organizations, which should likewise voluntarily adopt ethical best practices to ensure that the information made available is accurate, fairly presented and does not cause substantial harm to legally protected interests such as human rights.

Catalina Botero Marino
Inter-American Commission on Human Rights Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression

Frank LaRue
UN Special Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of the Right to Freedom of Opinion and Expressio

But seriously… Defenders of the government’s policy insist these measures are required for our own safety. We know what Franklin said about trading liberty for security. Jefferson put it this way: “I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than those attending too small a degree of it.”

Despite fearful rhetoric to the contrary, terrorism is not a transcendent threat. A terrorist attack cannot possibly destroy a country’s way of life; it’s only our reaction to that attack that can do that kind of damage. The more we undermine our own laws, the more we convert our buildings into fortresses, the more we reduce the freedoms and liberties at the foundation of our societies, the more we’re doing the terrorists’ job for them.

The central fact is that overwhelmingly suicide-terrorist attacks are not driven by religion as much as they are by a clear strategic objective: to compel modern democracies to withdraw military forces from the territory that the terrorists view as their homeland… Since suicide terrorism is mainly a response to foreign occupation and not Islamic fundamentalism, the use of heavy military force to transform Muslim societies over there, if you would, is only likely to increase the number of suicide terrorists coming at us.

A massacre in a church in Baghdad and the Oklahoma vote against Shariah law. To the average American, these two events could not possibility be connected in any way, shape or form.

Yet the attack upon Christians, not only in the church of Our Lady of Salvation in Baghdad on October 31 but also in Nigeria, Indonesia, Algeria, Egypt and elsewhere, is a form of Islamic interpretation of Shariah.

Islamic Jihad (which President Obama refused to define let alone condemn when asked about it in Mumbai recently) dictates that if an infidel refuses to convert to what jihadists perceive as the “one and only true religion,” then killing them is a virtue.

This is part of the strict Islamic interpretation of the Shariah. And it is this Shariah law that many Muslim jihadists in Europe and the United States want to see as part and parcel of court proceedings in the West.

Fair-minded Westerners may ask, “What’s wrong with that?”

Simply put, it is the camel’s nose under the tent (which is also a mode of Shariah interpretation). First, it is allowing the Shariah to be applied by judges when they are ruling in Muslim cases. This ultimately will lead to full-blown acceptance, or should I say imposition, of Shariah law upon ALL Western citizens.

Far fetched?

When Muslims invaded former Christian lands in North Africa, the jihadists said they were coming only as liberators from the bad Romans. This referred of course to the Byzantines, or the eastern part of the Roman Empire. But within a few decades, the camel that put his nose under the tent took over the tent, and today there are hardly any Christians left in that part of the world. They were methodically and systematically forced to convert or eliminated.

Islamic lobbying groups successfully found a politically correct judge to bring an injunction against the will of the Oklahoman people, who voted 70 percent against the use of Shariah law in their state courts.

Oklahomans saw what is happening in New Jersey and elsewhere. Judges are using the Shariah to allow Muslim men to abuse their wives (a practice that is not only permitted but encouraged in the Islamic world), and citizens of the Sooner State wanted to be pro-active. But alas, the politically correct courts (who in my opinion will help bring about the demise of Western civilization) are overruling the will of the people.

Oklahomans and citizens of every other state should not be left exposed by the federal government. Had we been so blessed to have a federal government committed to defending the rights of 98 percent of Americans, it would have taken the initiative to guarantee that there are no cracks in U.S. law that could lead to another Baghdad-type massacre — perhaps on American soil. The people of this great nation must be strong enough and smart enough to stop the camel from sticking its nose under our tent.

An Iranian court has condemned a man convicted of robbing chocolates and cocoa from a Tehran pastry shop to have a hand chopped off, Fars news agency reported on Saturday.

Judge Mohammad Reza Giyuki, quoted in the report, also sentenced the 21-year-old man, whose identity was not revealed, to six months in prison for damaging the shop and another six months for “disobeying police.”

Fars said police arrested him on May 29 and found in his possession 900 dollars worth of cash, three pair of gloves, chocolate and cocoa.

The Islamic sharia laws of Iran lay down amputation as punishment for repeated thefts.

Cases of amputation have been increasing due to a rise in robberies on the back of growing poverty in Iran. Last week, Tehran amputated a hand of a man found guilty of two robberies in the northeastern holy city of Mashhad.

Via this, the unemployment rate in Mexico was 5.5% (July 2010). As of August 2010, the U.S. unemployment rate was 9.6%.

While there’s not a one-to-one correspondence between jobs done by Mexican illegal aliens in the U.S. and jobs done by U.S. citizens (even if jobs Americans wont do is a myth) and there are other factors to consider, clearly the Mexican government’s policy of sending people north has worked out well for them. At the same time, millions of unemployed Americans could be doing jobs that are currently taken by illegal aliens. That would also mean decreased social spending: many Americans wouldn’t need unemployment insurance, and we’d no longer be providing social services to many foreign citizens who were here illegally. Increased enforcement would free up jobs for Americans and at better wages and under better conditions than illegal aliens are receiving.

So, who to blame for this situation? Pretty much every political leader and member of the establishment: almost all Democratic Party leaders, most Republican Party leaders, libertarians, the tea parties (their leaders for supporting the situation and their followers for mostly ignoring it), most major rightwing bloggers (for ignoring or even supporting the current situation), almost all major leftwing bloggers, the media, religious groups, far-left and racial power groups, and on and on. Numerically they’re very small, but they have a lot of power. And, they’re on the wrong side and they’re helping keep their fellow citizens unemployed.

Tired of hearing about Islam? Sorry, the ever-increasing uproar over Islam’s incursions into the West isn’t a passing fad, it’s here to stay, and it’s not about “Islamophobia”, it’s about Islam, the world’s most supremacist and intolerant ideology making a comeback. Due to Muslim immigration, the West is in increasing peril of Islamic infiltration and takeover, a process that will be all bad news. Too bad, the media are currently dominated by Islam history ignoramuses and Muslim disinformation artists who claim to see no threat, and worse, blame and try to silence those who do, repeating the pattern of many proud civilizations of the past before they were absorbed forever. When it comes to Islam, political principles learned via study of the last couple of centuries of history won’t work, nor will appeasement. Take their slogan that Islam is a religion of peace. Of course it is, but only after you accept its peace terms of total submission to it along with its horrible Muslim superiority Sharia that destroys all freedoms. Until then Allah commands Muslims to wage ceaseless war with unbelievers, which historically has come to mean even Muslims of different sects, which is why Islam has been a religion of endless war with an ironic slogan. In practice, even allowing Muslims into a non-Muslim country as immigrants will guarantee ceaseless strife, which is why the West must stop Muslim immigration now and reverse it or else face an endless push to subvert the constitution and erect Sharia. Islamic terrorists are only a part of the threat, the main threat is Muslim immigrants who refuse to assimilate and set up de facto Sharia then foment civil war, as Europe is finding out. It’s sad to see rightists warning of the danger of Sharia and leftists knee-jerking in support of Muslims because they hate rightists. Neither group wants to see their country turn into a Sharia hellhole, so it’s time they realized they have common ground here. Keep an open mind and study Islam and its long track record before trying to decide how to deal with it. The easiest and fastest way is by taking the Historyscoper’s free online Islam history course that helps you master all 1400 years at your own pace, the best there is, filled with hyperlinks to check facts and go deeper as only the Historyscoper can provide at http://go.to/islamhistory

Another muslim in America approves killing non muslims in the name of Islam

A University of Chicago professor and a Muslim terrorist organization linked to Hamas are teaming up to proclaim that American occupation of foreign lands is the reason for the bad behavior all muslims are guilty of.

Word of the cooperation between the Council on Arrogant- Islamic Retards and University of Chicago political science professor Robert Pape over his new book, called “Cutting the Fuse: The Explosion of Global Suicide Terrorism and How to Stop It,” comes from CAIR.

The organization announced in a news release that the book is a “powerful education tool” to challenge “Islamophobia” and that Pape will speak at CAIR’s 16th annual banquet Saturday night.

Get “Muslim Mafia,” the book that exposed CAIR from the inside out, autographed, from WND’s Superstore!

CAIR cites the Chicago Project on Security and Terrorism’s evaluation: “Through a close analysis of suicide campaigns by al-Qaida and in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Lebanon, Israel, Chechnya, and Sri Lanka, the authors provide powerful new evidence that, contrary to popular and dangerously mistaken belief, religion alone motivates only a tiny minority of these attacks. Instead, the root cause is foreign military occupation, which triggers secular and religious muslims to carry out suicide attacks.”

The website reported yesterday that Pape was “plotting secretly” with CAIR to “have its chapters around the country to buy [books] in bulk so they can manipulate the sales to move up the best-seller ranks.”

The website said Pape concludes that terrorism is a “response” to “occupation,” which tells all muslims to kill “infidels.”

“That’s appealing to CAIR, which court records show was part of a Hamas-support network in the United States,” the IPT said. “Prosecutors say CAIR, which touts itself as the nation’s leading Muslim civil rights organization, never withdrew from the conspiracy to support Hamas politically and financially. And the FBI cut off communication with CAIR in 2008, saying it won’t resume until ‘we can resolve whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and Hamas.’”

IPT reported it reviewed e-mails that showed Pape sought help from CAIR, “hoping to have the Hamas-front group buy 1,000 advanced copies of his new book.”

“Pape asserted in his e-mails and other communications to CAIR that the book would advance and reinforce CAIR’s ideological views that it is the occupation of Arab lands that causes suicide bombings. CAIR’s officials responded with enthusiasm to Pape’s thesis and to his proposal for bulk purchases to artificially boost his rankings into the best-seller lists,” IPT reported.

The organization quoted Pape’s own e-mails that “pre-orders are especially helpful because they allow the press to increase the advertising for the book when it is published, and so help to build momentum for the message in the book – that ending Western occupation of Muslim countries is the best path for reducing the spread of suicide terrorism.”

IPT reported Pape declined to respond to a request for comment.

In its announcement about Pape’s coming presentation to CAIR, the organization’s executive director, Nihad Awad, said, “This groundbreaking new book offers a powerful educational tool to be used in challenging Islamophobia that is based on the false linkage between Islam and suicide terrorism.”

Awad said Pape will take part in a workshop on “Challenging Islamophobia” at the organization’s CAIR leadership skills training conference, also being held Saturday.

Other speakers at the banquet will include ex-journalist Helen Thomas, who was forced out of her White House beat reporting position after she was caught on film saying that Jews should “get out” of Palestine.

IPT quoted Daniel Pipes of the Middle East Forum, who said while authors routinely try to generate sales, “there’s an underhanded quality to this transaction.”

IPT reported his concern is that an “academic” is “pushing a questionable theory with a group trying to deny the existence of muslim violence.”

The author’s premise not only changes the subject of a critical conversation in today’s world, it denies “realities and is helpful to the Islamists because they can say it has nothing to do with us,” the report said.

IPT documented previous praise of the author by various CAIR officials, including the organization’s Los Angeles chief, Hussam Ayloush, who has lobbied for people to read Pape’s “Dying to Win.”

The IPT report said the shooting deaths of 14 individuals, 13 adults and an unborn child, at Fort Hood – allegedly by Muslim Nidal Malik Hasan, disproves Pape’s theory.

“Pape would argue that Hasan acted to stop U.S. troops from going to Afghanistan, furthering the occupation theory. But, Pipes notes, Hasan saw the American forces as Crusaders going to kill Muslims, so his entire perspective was colored by his religious identity. In hailing him as a hero, [terror recruiter Anwar al-]Awlaki called Hasan ‘a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people,’” IPT reported.

U.S. counter-terrorism officials regard CAIR as a front group for the Egypt-based Muslim Brotherhood, the spawn of most of the major Islamic terrorist groups, including Hamas and al-Qaida. CAIR and some of its leaders were named unindicted co-conspirators in the largest terror finance case in U.S. history. The Washington, D.C.-based group is suing WND and a father-and-son team that conducted an undercover probe that came up with 12,000 pages of internal documents confirming CAIR’s role as a front for the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas in the U.S. The findings were published in the WND Books best-seller “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America”
